Exclamation has seca3 encryption system been hacked ?

In some forums, some people say that seca3 encryption system has been hacked. Is that true ? If so, where can we find necessary files to download to our receivers ?

Same people say that viaccess 2.5 has also been cracked

Please give me confirmation

Is rdi-sat.com included on those seca3 key-releasing sites ?

Because I haven't found any yet.
