black edge,on the left and right picture side,on Showtime Movie Widescreen?on 16:9 TV

Hello!
since,now over 2 month,shotime movie channel,sending in widescreen,on some transmision a recogneized,on my 16:9 television,that i have a black edge on the left and right picture size!

autmatic 16:9 detection, set in the tv,and dm 800 does not work,i try pan&scan letterbox, and all other settings,it was not posible,to boost up,this picture, when it transmit in this strange format,up to the full screen, any idea, what tv format is using?
when i set to 16:10 instead of 16:9,the side edge is a little bit smaler, but not complitly disapeard!
looks,like the same,when i watch mpeg 4:2:2 transmision with qualy tv,on a 16:9 screen!
any ideras how to setup ,this right?
its depends on the current programm, sometimes on the widescreen channels the side edges are here, and on some not!
more often on sport transmision, maybe this is a problem, converting the ntsc signal,to pal, when the orginal source was not dvb norm!
before,the dont change,to widescreen,i never have,this pircutre format problem!
