What FTA available on 28e in Croatia

A pal of mine has recently moved to croatia and has inherited an FTA system with a 60 cm dish pointed at 19e. He was moaning about the lack of English channels and I said he should try 28e. I have read on this forum before that some beams are not available in mainland Europe. Can you tell me what English channels he could expect to receive or where I can direct him. many thanks, Chuck

Looks like all beams are an easy enough catch apart from spot beam '2D'.
He might need an 80cm though to be safe.

Thanks Satelliteman, i'll advise him to move his dish to 28e, although thinking about it, will it still be 28e from where he is in Croatia? Anway, I'll say Astra 2a, 2b and 2c and Eurobird 1. Cheers, Chuck

28e is a reference from the zero Line of Longitude (Greenwich meridian)

See: dishpointer.com - input your location, enter the required satellite (Astra2) and it will show you a rough compass direction.

Simply, it's 9°East from Astra1 and a tad lower in the sky.
