My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

Unplug it from the wall, leave 5 minutes then plug it in again. There were a lot of reports yesterday of similar problems - I suspect the C5 channel mappings on the data stream were changed over from Astra 2C to Astra 2A yesterday

My System: Sky Pace box on communal feed. Computer: Linux Athlon 64
No Five, FiveR, FiveUSA

These channels disappeared from my setup on 26th March. Eventually someone from Sky admitted they had been having problems. If I use the "Add Channels" option and specify 12422H 27500 2/3 setup there is no incoming signal.
I can get Five using the Freesat frequency setup of 10773H 22000 5/6, but it's a pain to switch on, particularly for recording.

I would wager that your communal feed has a frequency blackspot that is preventing reception of 12422H. I would get your factor / management company out to have the system checked out. Have you asked any of your neighbours who are using the same feed if they are getting any problems with Five ?

Five set

Yes, I had Adams Aerials (who maintain the distribution network) to chec in March - they reported no problems, and on that day Five was coming in clearly. Since then, Five has disappeared or been visible only at night. I have emailed them again specifically about 12422H.
Perhaps is was by pure chance that they checked on a day when reception was perfect (it even registered on the Signal Strength bar!)
