Freesat card

My freesat card in my sky box seems to have deactived itself, as its not bring bbc 1 and itv 1 up for my region. Instead it shows bbc london and itv 1 west. Any way have reactiving it?

Is it a true Fresat from $ly (FFS) card or an expired $ly subscription card? There are also a few Solus cards issued about 5 or 6 years ago by the BBC and then ITV which it might be.

The point of the question is that all the current cards are being replaced by a new generation of cards and the old ones will then be switched off. Possibly yours has already been subject to this? Anyway, unless it's a recent FFS card then it won't be replaced as a matter of course and you may have to buy another one.

In the meantime try taking the card out and wiping the contacts. It may just be faulty connections!

This has happened to a couple of customers since the FIVE frequency change,with many getting no signal on FIVE. The cure for that is take out card, power off,then on then insert card and after a couple of minutes things back to normal.
