My System: fortec star ultra 80 centimetre fixed dish
what am i doing wrong

sorry if this is in the wrong section i have a fortec star 5111 ultra.i was on 1 west thor but failed to find.a few channels i wanted so i decided to use it as a freesat box .well things get worse and worse .im on astra now and yet again am failing to find channels i have tried everything with this box.but i cant find channels like true movies.movies for men .yet it will find movies for men plus 1.there is quite a few channels im looking for but it just wont find them.any ideas before i bin the box.thank you

My System: TM6800HD, TM1000, TM600 Linux,TM5200, TM2200 motor, Triax TD110 dish + Fortec 85cm. Meter=Satlook Micro+G2 NIT

You need to make sure that you have the appropriate transponders needed for the channels you want in your receiver's transponder list. Then do a rescan.
