My System: Sky+ and Technomate TM5400 CI+ presently connected to Sky dish. Planning to install Penta 85 aluminium dish with TM-2300 motor & Invacom SNH-031 LNB.
SKY+ on TM-5400?

I am in the process of installing a motorised dish to enable me, as a complete newbie, to join you many satellite viewers.

I temporarily have my TM-5400 Rx connected to my Sky dish and am receiving FTA channels from 28.2E.

Is it possible to use my Sky+ card in the TM-5400 in order to receive their full programmes? I also have a Sky freesat card, can this be used?

Cheers - Dave

My System: TM6800HD, TM1000, TM600 Linux,TM5200, TM2200 motor, Triax TD110 dish + Fortec 85cm. Meter=Satlook Micro+G2 NIT

Possibly, possibly not.

Thought I read a post recently on here with someone using the Diablo with the new white card.

It most definitely will not work straight in the TM's card slot.
