Sky charge to much from my credit card,without upgrading the channel package?

Hello!
today,i first time recogneized,that sky charge me for the six mix package,around 20 pounds more that i payed every month before,without upgrading the package it self,does this often happens,or is this a computer system failure?
what i should do now,charge back the payment,over kredit card,is this posible?

My System: 1.1m Triax Motorised 45e-45w, Raven 60cm fixed, Fortex Zeta PVR, Technomate TM500

Try speaking to Sky 1st. If they are unwilling to refund you then you can ask the credit card company to pull back the payment. If this has been going on for a while they will probably refuse to pull all but the last 1 or 2. They will get the whole payment back though, not just the overpayment. How long has it been going on ?

I've booted up, I've patched in, I'm online, offline, downloaded and extremely cheesed off!
