I suspect that the entitlements are not the be all and end all, all sky have to do is stop using the 0961 caid on the broadcast and all the blue cards are useless regardless of the entitlements. That's just my thoughts though I don't know for sure either way.
I've booted up, I've patched in, I'm online, offline, downloaded and extremely cheesed off!

I started getting notifications about changing the card, despite not having received it. Apparently it got lost in the mail. I was issued a new card, the notifications were reset and I was told that I'm ok with the old card until the new one arrives in the next 2-6 weeks.
