Where can I get a low cost reliable SKY card supplier

I live in Ukraine ...was done over by a German supplier with a SKY HD box and card. They supplied a faulty box and I paid a small fortune to get this back to them...their customer service sucked.

I'm looking for a reputable supplier of a SKY card. Does any one know of someone in England that will get a card for me.

I'm going to buy a box of one of the online UK suppliers.
