Sky news confirms Beckham deal

David Beckham will join Real Madrid, Spanish radio claim.

The England captain has reportedly agreed a four-year contract with the La Liga title contenders after Manchester United accepted a £25 million bid.

That fee could rise to £30 million depending on appearances and the 28-year-old enjoying success in Madrid.

And Beckham has snubbed Barcelona to join the Catalan club's major rivals, Cadena Sur report.

He will formally put pen to paper on July 14 to join Real's galaxy of stars - including Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, Raul, Luis Figo and Zinedine Zidane - at the Bernabeu.
