Unhappy Sky Plus Question

I have got a sky plus reciever pace 3100 and a quad lnd at the dish i have got two cables from dish to reciever but there are two channels that i get no satellite signal being recieved message.

The Channels Are QVC AND BID-UP.TV

If i leace the reciever on these channels long enough sometimes the channel will start to work and sometimes it does not.

I have lined the dish up with satellite meter and it gives me 90 % on both lnb input meters so it is not channel strength the problem

I have been scratching my head on this one and have even spoken to sky about it and they do not know what the problem is

But it only affects these two channls mentioned above

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

When you use the sat meter, set the frequency on the digibox in manual tuning to: 12032, H, 27500, 2/3

See what that has to say about strength and quality.
