Subtitles on CH4

Hi, I can't have any subtitle on Channel 4. With Five I get subtitles. I tried to force download firmware, but it was not possible. My Epg version is 3.1.a.5, and the receiver is an Amstrad DRX100. Please, help me, because my English is not good enough to understand everything told on television, but I'd like to watch Sex and the City and E.R..
