My System: 100cm dish with a pace sky receiver
help a newbie (please)

Hi, I hope my ignorance does not shine through toooo much, & that someone can point me in the right direction. I have moved from uk to central Italy & plan to use my sky digibox to pick up the north & south beam of astra 2a & 2b . The size of dish needed restricts me from getting astra 2d. However, I noticed that Eutelsat EurobirdTM 1 is extremely close to Astra & it would be nice to also have some of its free channels. Does anyone know if I can pick up some of its free channels simply by tuning them into my sky digibox? if this is wishful thinking, perhaps I have to install another LNB? & worst case scenario another digital receiver. Any help much appreciated.

My System: Zone1, DSI8215 SkyHD, Thomson DSI4214, TF5000CI, Dreambox DM800 HD PVR - Nab BH0.12, TM-5200D, Gibertini 104cm, SNH-031, 36v Actuator, Vbox-II, 42°E to 30°W, Sling Media, Televes H45 Digital Processing Analyser, Satlook Micro+G2 NIT, Rover SDM 1s

The programming from Eb1 will be listed on the EPG if using a digibox. Although the satellites are only 0.3 degree apart, in Central & Western Europe they are seen as the same position from the ground.

thats great

Many thanks satellite Man.
Seems that I dont have to do anything & the big list of freebie channels which just be there, the same as they will be for the north & south beam on astra 2a & astra 2b (I hope)
Although I guess 98% of them wont be worth watching ( - :
