Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but i had so many calls from my customers since yesterday that i feel it should be posted. Those of us who live in the fringe areas and cannot receive default transponder 11.778V have to enter an alternative default transponder to be able to boot the box.. This is usually 12.207V and was done through the "installer setup" manu which was reached before by pressing services>401>select. The new HD interface does not support the old method above so to be able to change default transponder it is necessary to press services>001>select to reach SETUP menu and enter 12.207V into the section labelled TX'PONDER. | ||

My System: 3m(sky),1.8m(astr/hotbird),1m (nilesat)1m(arabsat)diseqc 4,sky plus,humax freesat,visionet 8000s,technomate 5400 ci+ usb super. Satlook nit colour + Horizon hdsm. wii  | I got a reply to this question yesterday and the answer was......Under the Settings options, highlight picture option, then press 0, 1 select and will take you the menu that you can change the default frequency. I haven't tried it yet so let me know if this works(thanks to Bale) | ||
