My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Spectrum analyser.

Are we talking Rome? You need to be much more precise, as fringe reception can be affected by relatively small distances.

Pisa for instance can receive the Astra 2D channels on a 1.2m dish, possibly slightly larger, whereas Rome requires in excess of 2.4m.
