Have you got a single cable feeding the box or two feeds?

hi m8. try and do the download once more. I know its sounds obvious but we sky engineers are always told to do a double download which should fix most faults. also make sure both your sky feeds are in correctly and tell ur m8 to button it lol. hope that helps. Aaron

Thanks fellas i will try the double download. at the moment i only have a single feed as i have a 95cm motorised dish but i plan on (if it works) on getting a static dish with a dual or quad lnb for a different room, one thing i did notice was that when it was done it picked up BBC London, i live in the north west!

You may need to switch to single feed mode.

yeah i tried that but still got error code 25.

the signal strength is about 60% and quality is about 80 percent.

very annoying considering it worked before. i assume that there is no way to go back? no hardware reset? i dont mind opening the box to short pins if need be.

reset the box a seconf time, set it to single feed and now it is working, thanks very much fellas, just need to get my new lnb now. thanks again
