Help on Thompson DSI4214

Am having trouble with skybox. Intermittently losing ITV2, with no satellite signal message. Signal strength and signal quality is very good. If go to Sky sports channel and select and then back to ITV2 then picture is okay. Channel 5 is similar as well. I think there is a problem with Thompson Box but the supplier suggests not. The dish was recently realigned and the LNB replaced. Any suggestions.

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me.

Dodgy Power Supply Capacitors, possibly - common fault and similar in nature to the well documented problems with old (Ancient!) Grundigs.
