Astra 28.2 11992 H and 12480 V much stronger

I have noticed today that the signal on these transponders is much stronger than it used to be. I know I couldn't receive these TPs with a 88cm dish in western Serbia but now signal is excellent. I wonder if they moved to the south beam (they were on north beam). Here are some pics:

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me.

Thanks for this useful report: Others have been reporting either improvement or degradation depending upon location.

No Channel 4 in Fuerteventura on 12480V

Things are becoming clearer now - but not wholly so!

Your pic seems to show the channel unencrypted? How did you manage that without a Sky box, I wonder.

Or you can get access to a CS server and watch it without the card.

Sigh. Id deliberately left that out - its over complicating the info provided.

No disrespect to bbcfan but someone who has to ask about non Sky boxes does NOT need to know about card shares at this point.

Well, I do have a legit Sky box, as well as Humax and Panasonic freesat boxes. I also receive satellites on 19 and 13 degrees East, analogue and digital.

It's of course not at all patronising to tell me what I need and don't need to know.

Probably someone better qualified will tell me elsewhere.
