Living in Valencia Region of Spain and having difficulties in receiving these two channels. Is it possible to add them to Other Channels? If so can you advise the Sky settings please?

My System: 1.8m PF Dish, most sky and freesat recivers, 80cm on Illusion motor and Dreambox DM7025, TDT

Depending where exactl;y you are in the Valencia region, you may well lose them at around 6pmish....
they are on the same frequency as C4 (104) and a similar frequency to BBC2 and therefore their reception will be the same as C4 (104) and similar to BBC2.
they are only available on one frequency - the frequency that they use for 315 and 316....they are not available on any other frequency, so there is no point in adding them to "other channels" as reception will be the same.
