Apologies if this is in the wrong forum... I'm receiving BBC HD with the audio track for the visually impaired. I find this distracting and would prefer not to have this audio track. Is there a way to remove this and/or a different broadcast for the 'normal' soundtrack? I am using a homemade HTPC using MediaPortal, and can't see a way of changing the audio channel (if this is the suggested solution). Thanks in advance. | ||

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me. | It's called "Audio Description" - Is there a toggle with that label available to you? It's a related audio enhancement, but separate from the usual alternative audio selection regime. Every box or system will deal with it somehow! Just checked my Humax Foxsat and it is a preset under TV Setup>Language. Sky Boxes have a simple toggle for it accessed via the Help button. It'll be there somewhere! | ||
