My System: Sky+HD Astra+Hotbird FTA on 60 cm dish
Philips TV issues

I have a Philips LCD HDTV capable of displaying 720P and 1080i i connect my HD box via HDMI lead and have upgraded the supplied cable with a Belkin one.

We have issues of the picture not fitting the screen properly with a green boarder, And have also lost all the blue colours in the picture.
The box sometimes gives the "this display does nto support HDCP" and needs to be rebooted.

Am i right in thinking my TV might be a tad incompatable with Sky HD ?
Works fine with my Sony BDPS300 and worked well with my Humax HDCI2000 before i sold it.

Tv is only 2 years old but i wouldnt mind an excuse to buy a new one

Just checked and its a model number 32PF5521D bought in sept 06

i too had a lot of difficulties with phillips wrong colours, wrong settings, not compatable, it eventually failed and was sent for repair , i think there was a technical problem with the hdmi input and also important ... new software upgrade to set now perfect
