sky HD reception problems in athens.

hi, i have a sky HD box installed for the last 6 months, replacing my old standard box but it hardly ever works.
i get the "no satelite signal received" on my screen or "there is a technical fault with this channel, try later".

it has worked before though and i had a clear signal for some time.
my old box was working fine but it was loosing one third of the channels so i decided to try my luck with an HD box.

i have asked for help from a professional who fixed it a couple of months ago but now i get the same message on my screen.

i'm using a 1.1 triax dish, could it be that this is too small for greece?
the wire length is approx. 15 metres, could it be it is too long?

i have also tried numerous time to reboot the box using the backup key but it doesn't work...

i know this is quite general, but any comments might help.

many thanks!
