HD box epg

I have a customer with the updated HD software and his problem is that the epg only goes forward 12 hours, which means he cannot set it to record in advance beyond that. When the yellow button is pressed for +24 hours he gets "no listings available". He set the default transponder to 12.207V which is one of the strongest for Cyprus and still the same problem.I haven't been round to try the menu yet,but has anybody else had/overcome this problem ?

My System: Thompson sky HD box, Pace 2600CI box, 3.2m primefocus ,C120, Nova(Greece), Technomare TM6900, HD suisse, Orbit

Does his EPG goes only 12 hours with the default frequency as well? the reason I am asking I believe that to be able to get the one week listings you need to have the default frequency, otherwise you get only 12 hours if you use a different frequency.

Thanks

Yes, he had the problem with the original default frequency but I forgot to ask what it was before i told him to try 12.207v. Our usual default frequency of 11.778 is quite here and in humid weather hardly exists during the day. What should the default frequency be on the HD box? And is the epg still on 11.778 ?

The default frequency is still 11.778 for the new HD box software, I was told that the EPG is also downloaded on the 12460H as well but I didnt check it, he could try that freq and see, here in Larnaca I use the default frequency with no problems so fingers crossed

Thanks
