sky hd volume sound bar . email sky now

hi all . just to let you all know if you want the sky hd volume sound bar back
which the new sky hd epg took off . can you email sky tech dept . and tell them
that you want it back due to have to turn the tv right up . the more people complain
then there will inculd on the next update . i have been told by sky as there looking into it .

Hi Jason,

I too have been very angry about this as it is about 50% down on terrestrial TV(see my post on AVforuns with my other problem about Dolby D which you may be interested to read)

I have been furious that I cannot talk to a REAL technical person at Sky only India who know nothing-however I tried your link to Kana which never worked for about a week but I found it did the other day and asked them to RING ME. To my surprise I had a call last from a chap in Scotland who talked to me for an hour! He has taken on board my comments and is referring to senior technical people who will come back to me... we'll see lol!!

you got further then me .. i just got a email 24/08/2009
saying there past it on heard nothing since .. there can never leave things alone when doing softwares upgrades
