Low sound on Sky movies

I have a customer with a Thomson Sky+ receiver and the sound on all the sky movie channels is much lower than the rest of his channels. Anybody have the same problem and know how to fix it?

Does the same occurance happen if an alternative box is placed on the same Antenna ?

It sounds like a problem with the AGC because Sky Movies Audio levels will be set precisely so it is definatly a problem with the setup. Its just strange that it only occurs on Movies otherwise it would be a hell of a lot easier to work out. I would initially say you have a faulty IRD.
