My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Yes to a DVD recorder, just use a scart lead.

My System: Sky+, FreeView, Sony VAIO Laptop & O2 Broadband.

If you want to record to a PC you will need a capture device, something like this _http://www.ebuyer.com/product/82615 along with an S-Video and stereo phono lead. I've used one and found it quite easy to use
