Loss of satellite signal after watching Sky Anytime

After the new EPG arrived on my Sky+ HD box, I read some threads about what to do. I only have one cable out to the dish, and enabled the Single Tuner Mode and then Anytime. Anytime downloads works fine in this mode.

But I have experienced something which I havenīt been able to find an answer for in other threads. After watching a programme on Anytime, I get back to the EPG or the last watched tv channel only to find the "No satellite signal received" message. Anyone who knows if there is a solution for this? My solution so far is to pull out the power plug and put it back in - then everything works fine again. But there must be a better solution than doing this every time I watch something on Anytime?

By default when you enable the Single feed option Anytime is disabled, but since you enabled it do you have the mini tv option on as well? if you do disable it and try again to see if the problem occurs and lets us know.

Thanks.

Bale,

I followed your advice and disabled Mini TV. I then ran fast forward on a programme in the Anytime menu, and I got back to the EPG and tv channels without problems afterwards. Thanks for your help.

With Mini TV disabled you still get the sound from the last viewed tv channel when surfing through the EPG. And when switching to another channel, pushing Select takes you to the selected channel instantly (instead of pushing Select twice with Mini TV enabled).
