Sky+ various issue

guess the question is, is my box on the way out.
I have been experiencing the following:
1) After turning it on, it freezes now and then when I select Planner or Anytime. Powering it down and back up and then leaving it for 20 odd mins before turning it on recovers the situation.
2) On playback, if I rewind to review something it then will occasionally freeze and I have to press backup.
3) Strangely the information on recorded programs sometimes holds other program info
4) And most recently, a one hour recording carried out for 10 hours. Luckily I came home in time, otherwise it would have just gone on and on
Has anybody else experienced these sort of issues.

Try a planner rebuild / defrag first, it may sort some of the problems.
