Thompson 129e163 sound problem

Hi All,
My box has stopped outputting sound via its modulator, all other functions are OK!
I think at the same time the modulator channel changed from my setting to the default (re tuning a TV found it but with no sound)
Has anyone any thoughts before I do a reset and upset the wife when I lose all the soaps on the HDD!

try it on a scart lead

or try this
services 2 sound make sure the sound bar is up

or service press 4 then 0 .1 select change rf to 38 then save and try that ... if that dont work might be the mod is faulty ..

Its fine on SCART, sound bar is up, I will try changing the RF as you suggest

Now on CH38 but still no sound,I agree it looks like the modulator (or the audio feed to it) has develpoed a fault

best off using the scart cable really . better sound and picture .
if you can
remember to change the channel back to 63 in the settings .so you dont get interfernace if thats how you spell it lol .. from the rf
