i have been given a sky plus box by a friend as my old amstrad one is faulty. the house we bought had a dish so i bought the amstrad one and watch the free chanels. The sky plus box works and allows me to record. i do find sometimes that when recording something i wil get this message other channels state "No Satellite Signal is Being Received" all other chanels. Also dose the dish need to have more than one lnb in order to record two programmes at the same time? thanks

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me. | Full functionality requires a separate Feed to each Tuner. You need to run a second cable from the Dish and probably to upgrade the LNB to a Quad.
