Welcome to the forum abbaaiax Well the spec is unknown at this moment in time since the panasonic website here is down at the moment for maintenance, having read a couple of reviews on-line they suggested it was a freeview piece of equipment not freesat. As for being the best I suggest you read the reviews and see what you think
