Hi i've had my sky+ box for about a month but i still havnt recived the update to allow dual recording how do you do a forced download ?

My System: Sky+ v2 (120Gb); DM7020Si*motorised; PC/S2-3200

pull the power from the back of the box, wait 30 seconds, hold down BACKUP on the box and reconnect the mains - release BACKUP only when all the lights come on.

Takes about 8 minutes.
