Hi,

Is it possible to receive SKY TV and BBC,ITV,C4,C5 in the south west of Turkey? If so,what equipment would be needed,preferably I would just like the viewing card without Sky?

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

May be worth having a look at some of the threads on Cyprus reception, we have several members there with big dishes receiving the digital channels from Astra 28.2E with varying degrees of success. You will not need a Sky Digibox for watching the BBC channels, but for evrything else of interest you will need a Digibox and card.

Hi there Gensave,
Should be no problem getting Sky in SW Turkey. Lost count of teh number of Sky systems in Marmaris and Icmeler last year.
