BBC & Setanta problem

Here in Lanzarote we can receive Setanta sports (and others on 12560H)on a 1.2M dish no problem. To get BBC ITV a 3M is required. I have installed 80+ 3M dishes no problem. Recently I have 4 customers that are having problems with Setanta on the big dish either breaking up or showing no signal. Although the dish is peaked at 2D there should be more than sufficient signal off Eurobird fixed to recieve Setanta etc. I have changed LNB´s without success.

If thie dishes were bent then BBC/ITV would suffer but they are ok so I´m assuming they are ok

I need some inspiration please

Thanks

Also having problems for the past maybe month or so to get ALL the Eurobird channels (3m in Athens) when tuned to 2A. I've noted sufficient signal for the EU TPs but no quality. For example Information TV suffers the max although I can't remember which beam it's on. I thought I was getting better at peaking the dish on astra, hence loosing eurobird ( skew must be different for astra and eub (although opinions vary on this in related threads) ). I think it's also the "bigger the dish the narrower the beam (or something like that)" theory too.
