1M dish enough in north germany?

Hi, my house is nearing completion so its about time I started sniffing round for a dish and lnb. Going by other threads i've decided on the Invacom 0.3db quad. Has to be a quad as I want to run a SKY+ and standard SKY box from it.
I live in north germany between Husum and Flensburg just before the danish border. Had previously been using an 80cm dish with a universal cheapy lnb.
Since BBC changed I rarely get it. Mainly evenings depending on weather. I have now decided on a 1M dish.
What do you think ? Should be sufficient for my area or?
Thanks,

Methos.

Hi
You might get away with a 1m dish.

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

You can see the large version of the map by clicking on it, the source of the information is actual dish setups, much of which has probably come from posts here and Expat's Astra 2D site see his signature.

So, i've gone for a 1,20 offset dish and the invacom 0,3db quad lnb with switch. I can get the invacom for E80 incl. postage here in Germany. Is this price ok?
Thanks,

Methos.

That sounds reasonable Methos, that's pretty close to what I pay wholesale over here.

Thanks for the info. I pay exactly E76. I got the dish pretty reasonable too, I think, E55,50 incl. shipping.
So should be able to see BBC again soon as long as those half dead builders get their arses into gear.
