Astra 2D in Lidingo (stockholm) Sweden Help

Hey all,
Just moved to Sweden and am living in Lidingo just east of Stockholm. Can I get a run down on recomended equipment and suppliers?

It appears that a 120cm dish may be best for the area.. but would like to hear your thoughts.

ALso where in Stockholm is a good place to get the dish, lnb and where to buy a receiver?

What dish model? What LNB model recomended? Any better fringe recievers?

Thanks in advance for your input, if your in Stockholm I'll inlucde a pint at your favorite pub!
