The site sponsors page is different now. Just text with name and without link.
Maybe it is just server daily updating.

Not OK with IE either.
Try to close your browser or refresh and see if it is still OK.

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

Fine on Firefox and internet Explorer, although it is a little slow in loading this morning.

Can you see the home page properly? http://www.satellites.co.uk/

If not, then it is probably a javascript problem, as both of those pages have the snow.

So it could be as you say a javascript problem.
Will look into it this week.

Member's Profile ?

With the new site interface, the Site Sponsors are visible now with links and logos.
But the member's profile has disappeared.
I hope that this is just a temporary thing.

Also, the posts number counter doesn't seem to advance.

My System: Sky+ Pace v3, and before that analouge 80cm dish with Prima by Pace box pointed at 19.2e (not very imaginative then!)

I love the new site skin rolf, a nice refinement and the tags are a very good idea indeed.

I presume that you can tag a thread with a word or words, to make searching for it easier, but not 100% sure.
