My System: Satellite Dish 1.6m Hotbird 13E, DreamBox 7000S with Gemini 4.4.0; Dish 1.2m Amos 4W, Nokia 9600S; Nokia 9800S; Hauppauge Nexus-S PCI Card  He battled for 3 days against the Tux and won! Hurray!! |
Just thought I would give few ideas for posts that I would like to see during 2008. 1 - Satellite Dishes An original thread about satellite dishes with some theoratical basics and various leading brands, with pictures of well known brands and their recommended size to use, With a link to their websites. 2 - LNB A post about LNBs, their development history and what is available today. With pictures and links to manufacturer's websites. Also the accessories needed like brackets, feedhorns, etc. 3 - Linux Basics A tutorial about Linux basics. Any volunteers ? | ||
