My System: dishTV,dd+,9 ft. ku-band dish tuned at all satellites 83*,95*13*e,26*e and 7*e ..with skystar dvb card,Matrix reborn cam ..also all c-band across india

Oh no you dont. Indian DTH has been reopened (but on moderated status so there may be a delay before posts appear..)
