How to get rid of the frames, when accessing the site.
I have cleared temporary files,on several occasions, yet they still appear, every time the site is accessed.
Grateful for any help.

What frames? If you mean the grey panels each side of the main discussion area - thats the way the site is designed - its not stuck within a frame structure.
