New image viewer thingy...

Although it's an interesting little feature which saves on opening up a new window, it's been acting up a few times with IE for me, making it lock up or crash, is it happening to anyone else at all??

We ran it as a test on another forum for three months to see if there were any problems and it was fine, check to see if you have the latest java running.

Yes it takes a little time to load, but once they are loaded you can swap between very quickly, I personally think it's well worth the slight wait.

My System: Various digiboxes, broken Nokia 9800S, numerous analogue boxes. My lovely little lappy, HP Omnibook 6100

Well I used it for the first time tonight and all I can say is bring back the old viewer. With old one I could click on photos one after another and then view them at my leisure; this new sysytem seems to forget that you have clicked on a photograph if you try to do anything else on the page.

I was hoping that holding the shift key down while I click on the photo would open it in a new window but it doesn't. Ah well...
