This is probably a very simple question for all you experienced guy's and gal's out there but anyway here it is. If I buy a Viaccess Mp4 cam does it need a card inserted as well or will it just recode mp4 to mp2 as it stands?  | ||

Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Spectrum analyser. | It will decode unencrypted MPEG4 channels, but obviously you will also need a card if they are encrypted.  | ||
