creating titanium file

hi guys this is my first popst hope im not breakign any rules or nothign.

basically if possible can someone please give me a good link that can tell me how to create my own titanium file once i have the keys.

i have tried using titanium card editors but i noticed when i loaded the eep file of the titanium card that works the keys on the titanuim card eep are diferent to the ones released, now the problem is i know for a fact the ones released work aswell becouse i flashed multiemu with it and it works so how comes its diferent to the keys on the titanuim card that works aswell?
i hope this doesnt confuse anyone.

Latest TMB titanium file works fine on all channels with nothing missing at all.

Can you give more details.
