Microsoft announces Vista price cuts

Microsoft has announced that it will be reducing the price of allboxed retail versions of its Vista operating system. In some developingmarkets the price will reportedly be slashed by up to 50 per cent,while other more mature markets may not witness such a dramatic fall.
