TM 6900 super problems (switching off)

Having been a proud owner of my TM for the last month I have recently noticed some problems. When I try to do a Blind Search the receiver switches itself off and does not allow me to do it I admit it may be a fault with my receiver and may need replacing/repairing under warranty. However, i was wandering if there was anything i could do. Maybe a factory reset??. could it be some glitches with the softcam keys or patches i have put on the receiver. Any advices would be greatly appreciated.

Try the latest official Technomate firmware.

Patches can make a receiver mis-behave.

Also, the warranty won't cover it unless it has official firmware on it.
