Need a patch for technomate 6900???

Been on your web site and told to get a patch from *****, problem, i was registered with A****t, trouble is lost password and they havent sent another when requested. Tried Registering with another of my email addresses, but they still not sent a password. had this trouble before and gave up. Can anyone recommend another Sat Forum site that will provide a patch??? Thanks.

Have you checked your spam, or junk email, folder for the missing emails? If you have your email settings to automatically delete spam, turn it off temporarily and then request your password again.
