Freeview National Retune Day 30th September

If you've seen the notice appearing on your TV, don't panic, it should be a straightforward procedure, to be carried out after midday on the 30th.

Most set top boxes have a menu button, from where you can access the tuning menu, do a complete retune or install, all channels should then be found.

If you are not sure of the procedure for your freeview box or TV, then there are some instructions and manuals available here: http://www.tvretune.co.uk/productmanuals/

Some older IDTVs may have problems, if yours is one of these, you will have to contact the local service agent, as a software upgrade may be required.

Other TVs have a reset button, which must be pressed to gain access to the installation menu, the add new channels search may not do the job properly.
