Question NSS7 Signal Random in Mauritius

Got NSS7 in Mauritius but at some intervals lost signal completely and back on. Quality up to 86% . Maybe I think due to the Elevation here is 0.8 Degree getting interference ?. Any idea how to solve this prob or explain to me why this is happenning.Kind RegardsHamdan

My System: IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II 1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 21 years and is still driven by a modified wiper motor from a Ford Anglia. It's like me sometimes groans but always performs

I doubt you will get any replies.

Firstly in your profile there is no equipment listed just says a card. Therefore nobody knows whether your problem is in C band or Ku band. Neither do you mention a particular channel you are having problems with, so no clues there.
Here in Europe we rely on facts and information, the crystal ball stuff we leave to others.

Sorry my fault Using 2.4m Dish C-band Frequency 4179 V 27500 Star track NC707 receiver .

Ok well there are numerous reports from all over the globe that C band is being swamped by interference from possibly wimax equipment, click here to read more. It is possible you are experiencing similar problems or there is other equipment nearby which uses frequencies which can affect reception of specific channels
