Not sure what the question is here?????

A blind scan is done by the stb and hence cannot be given out as information, or are you asking for an active transponder in order to start a blind scan?

Are you referring to what transponders are active for a given footprint on Intelsat 10 at 68.5 East?

The one's here I would have thought for you on Beam C, but you are unlikely to get anything with an 85cm Ku band dish
